I am deeply saddened to report the passing of my dear friend and colleague, Polly Peluso, who was a longtime Las Vegas entertainment columnist and film critic. Polly, still beautiful in her senior years, was in her late 80's when she died on July 16 in Las Vegas as the result of numerous health issues. Polly's impressive resume includes working with Hugh Hefner and his Playboy Enterprises, as Director of Cosmopolitan Model and Talent Agency, beauty contest judge, and appearing in over 25 movies, TV and commercials throughout her long and illustrious career. As someone who knew her personally as a kind and lovely human being, she surely will be missed.
